"...where do I start - when it comes to what I like best about Cheyenne's program? Do I start with the drill seargent who kills us every monday or thursday or the kind woman who gives us some directional 'fan cooling' to help us thru the pain. Only kidding of course!
What I liked most about the super slow program was it allowed me to learn the proper techniques to build significant body muscle without any residual pain typically associated with lifting weights. I had never been taught how to lift and I used to track my progress by the weight I lifted and not the aerobic or number of repetitions I did. Also, I could do my workout in 30 minutes.
The biggest benefit to me was this program allowed to start up at the age of 40 without any pain to my body. The results are steady and seem to be long lasting. I would recommend this program for those that either need someone to push them or those that have dusty universal systems in their basement or garage."

"What I like best about the Super Slow Program is I feel I'm getting the most benefit in the least amount of time. I used to spend twice as long at the gym than I do now. The exercises seem to target the most amount of muscle groups as possible. I have been doing Super Slow for 6 months now and can see measurable results and feel stronger than when I started."

"I really like the convenience of a 1/2 hour workout! As far as results I was surprised to see such definition in my muscles in such a relatively short time of several months. Also, I think this workout is much better for my knee where I have the bursitis. The running that I used to do was very irritating to my knee and I am sure would cause the knee to get worse over time if I continued to run on it. Finally, I am reading more and more about weight training and how it helps to work against osteoporosis. Cheyenne's super slow approach is a very welcome change for me vs. the running which was much more time consuming and of course there is the safety of your place of business compared to running for miles and miles along the road.
I have much better muscle tone and loss of body fat as I continue to eat a modified version of your 'boot camp diet'! I also noticed that my posture has improved as well. Oh yeah and my chloresterol has gone from 244 to 204 as a result of the better diet!"
